Inspirations of the works of the musée du quai Branly
Atelier Buffile, founded in 1945, is located in the heart of Aix en Provence. For two generations, creations for galleries or architecture have always been accompanied by a production of crockery that has gone through the years thanks to its pure lines impressed by tradition and rich in color.
Most parts are made in a hollow plaster mold and fired at 1000 ° C for the biscuit. Enamels are made by various European manufacturers, used as is or mixed. Enamel baking varies between 960 ° and 990 ° depending on the color.
It is by immersing itself in the collections of the Musée du quai Branly that Atelier Buffile created this exclusive collection for the quai Branly museum bookshop.
