It's a unique blend of flavours, ingredients and traditions, alluding to the archipelago's historic past and multicultural roots. From colombo to jerk chicken, ropa vieja and joumou soup, Caribbean specialities are enjoyed and loved by people the world over.
Through 80 comforting family recipes, I invite you to discover the national vegan Caribbean dishes and all their secrets, but also to rediscover them in plant-based versions (some of which I've adapted).
